As part of their Bachelor Practical Course in the winterterm 2007, Andreas Böhler, Peter Opuchlik and Markus Roth scanned several models of different geometric complexity.

They documented the scanning process.

Swan

A small china swan of low geometric complexity. The scanned data has 113K vertices, and is available in PLY and VRML format.

Raccon skull

A raccon's skull of considerable geometric complexity. The scanned data is split into the lower jaw with 72K vertices (PLY and VRML) and the remainder of the skull with 93K vertices (PLY and VRML).

Chinese wine bottle

A chinese wine bottle of low geometric complexity.

Sculpture

A small china swan of intermediate geometric complexity. The scanned data has 181K vertices, and is available in PLY and VRML format.

Wooden mask

A wooden mask of low geometric complexity.

Little statue

A little statue of low geometric complexity.

Dog

A little dog of low geometric complexity.
